A European Cutie
Introduced in 2008, heuchera 'Blackout' features almost jet-black, very glossy, rounded leaves in peak season. Very compact, this little beauty is one of the smallest coral bells we sell. Topped off with cream flowers appearing just above the foliage. A fine award winning introduction from Dirk Scheys of Belgium. Like all coral bells this one goes through seasonal color changes. Coral Bells are wonderful hardy perennials (they come back each year). As with most perennials they grow best in well draining soil.
