PRIVACY POLICY
We respect your privacy and in accordance with national and European law. When you order we require a limited number of personal details from you. These include your name, telephone number, email address, delivery/invoice address and payment details. These details allow us to complete your order and contact you if there is a problem with delivery.

We will not sell or rent your email address and telephone number.

All plants are despatched in good condition and fit for purpose.


WARRANTIES:
Every effort has been made to ensure that the specification and description of all items is correct both in our printed catalogue. All plants are supplied true to name and every care is taken in their production and packing, but if any error is made by the us, liability shall not exceed the listed price of the relevant variety. No responsibility is accepted by us for inability to despatch plants or plant losses due to adverse weather conditions or (non)statutory plant health issues.

SHIPPING:
TIME IS NORMALLY 2-9 WORKING DAYS .WE TAKE UP TO 3 WORKING DAYS TO PROCESS YOUR ORDER.

RETURNS:

If you receive an incorrect/damage product from us, you can return your order within 7 working days from date that you received your item to the warehouse for a full refund .Return shipping cost will be for the buyer.

Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

Refund:
Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers (usually within 72 hours of receipt),your refund will be processed .
