LITTLELEAF SENSITIVE BRIAR PLANT seeds aka "Touch Me Not, Sleeping Grass, Prayer Plant and Humble Plant" just to name a few. American native wildflower that responds to physical touch or heat, known as seismonastic, by rapidly snapping its leaves shut. The leaves also fold up and bend in movements known as nyctonastic or a reaction to darkness. At night, leaves assume folded or sleeping posture. Easy to grow from seed. Does well indoors or out. Out doors, it's a tough as nails perennial that is cold hardy to 20-F.Indoors, they can be grown in a small/medium flower pot in a sunny window. Sensitive plant flower's are silky purple/pink and are about 1"around.They appear in mid-summer and attract butterflies and bees. The leaves are bright green and fern like.
