This is an extremely vigorous, moderately upright tree bearing medium-sized, thin-shelled nuts that ripen in midseason. It is a consistent producer that bears early and heavily. Cold hardiness to -10 degrees F. This is a magnificent shade tree and produces fantastic nuts. The nuts are of excellent quality and very abundant. Harvest in the fall. Cold hardiness to 0 degrees F. When planting, space 80' apart in organically enriched, well drained soil. Fertilize in spring just before new growth begins. This pecan tree will suit any garden. We will remove the pot, wrap the roots and soil with wet paper towels, and ship via priority mail to assure freshness.
