The lovely "White stem cutlass" houseplant has lance-shaped leaves edged and veined.
This tropical is very frost tender so protect it from winter chill. Bright indirect light, high humidity and a moist but well-drained soil or potting mix are required for good growth. Water and fertilize regularly and make sure that outdoor plants are shaded from the intense sun of mid-day. Indoors, these are some of the best plants for low-light conditions. Aglaonemas are grown as landscape plants in the tropics and prized as houseplants or tender patio plants in temperate climates. Their fabulous leaves brighten up the darkest office and are long-lasting and beautiful when cut for arrangements.
Aglaonema's should not be allowed to drop below 60°F. They are NOT cold tolerant plants!
If you place your Aglaonema in high light, you can allow the potting mix to dry down 1/2 to 3/4 of the way out before watering thoroughly. In a lower light situation, allow soil to dry almost completely between waterings. Please read the section on watering for more on the most important part of your plant care.
Problems with aglaonema should be few. They are prone to stem and root rot if the soil is kept overly wet. Aglaonema will become leggy if kept in low light for extended periods of time
You will receive 1 beautiful 9 inch to 13 inch White Stem Cutlass Chinese Evergreen to be shipped in a 4 inch pot
