This is one of the best and famous southern California honey garden grapes. Fast growing, it is a very great variety to add in your garden or black yard. It is very easy to take care of. Unlike other variety, this variety dos not have any Pests and diseases。 I have grown it for more than 10 years and never need to apply any chemicals. No chemical Pesticides or Insecticides is needed every year. More importance is that the fruits from this grape tree content much more blue pigment than any other kind of fruits, including blueberry, detail as the juice in the plate showing. But please be kindly noted that when I brought this vine to grow in my garden, the seller told me that it was Kyoho but one of my customer look at the fruits and says that this variety is Catawba. I do not know which is correct, but It is a good variety. It produce a lot of grape very year.
The grape blooms in spring and fruits harvests from late July to early October. It produces very nice grape, the skin is thin, honey sweet and juicy.
